To meet this goal, DFBF has developed an operational structure that covers all aspects of a benchmark’s lifecycle and provides comfort to its clients that all aspects of the operation of the benchmarks are carried out to the highest standards.
Code of Ethics
DFBF operates to a published Code of Ethics which clearly outlines the expectations DFBF has of its staff and their interaction with clients and other stakeholders.
DFBF systems operate to a high level of operational security. All calls, emails and activities are monitored and reviewed by compliance staff. All system activities are logged and reviewed regularly with full audit capability. The collection of data is achieved via encrypted channels and data access is monitored. GRSS systems have been designed to provide high levels of protection from cyber intrusions
Conflicts of Interest/Whistleblowing/Complaints
The DFBF Compliance team ensures that any conflicts are recorded and managed according to our policy. Our complaints and whistleblowing policy allows internal staff and external stakeholders to hold us accountable for our actions.
The staff at DFBF recertify to all key policies on an annual basis.
