Danish Financial Supervisory Authority published on its website a statement that CITA has been designated as a significant benchmark pursuant to Article 24(7) of the EU Benchmarks Regulation. As a result, CITA remains subject to the Benchmarks Regulation and supervision by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
