In reference to FIDA’s appointment of the Danish Financial Benchmark Facility (DFBF) as Administrator for CIBOR, see FIDA’s announcement on 15/5/2019, Finance Denmark today announces some changes to the distribution model for CIBOR, CITA, SWAP and Tomorrow/Next.
Due to the increased costs of governance and oversight required to ensure the suite of Danish Reference Rates are compliant with new European Regulation, from 1st October a subscription fee will be applied for access to, and the distribution of, the data.
The DFBF will provide details of access and distribution terms, and all enquiries should be directed to them in relation to these changes.
A website will be provided detailing all the information required by organisations wishing to access the benchmark data after 1st October 2019 and from where they can subscribe to the service. The website will be operational from 1st July allowing potential subscribers three months to sign up to the appropriate license.
